Certificate IV of Leadership and Management (Duration – 32 weeks)
The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is designed for students who want to develop the knowledge and skills needed to provide leadership and guidance in a professional environment, and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performances of a team. This course focuses on workforce management, including networking and relationship building, monitoring workplace health and safety, engaging in continuous improvement of business operations, developing work goals and priorities, implementing a high standard of customer service delivery.
Diploma of Leadership and Management (Duration 1 – 1.5 years)
The Diploma of Leadership and Management will assist you to apply the acquired knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management position across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. You will display initiative and critic judgement in everyday responsibilities such as planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your own workload and the workload of others. You will lead and manage using communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. Depending on your prior work experience you would expect to find employment as an assistant manager, or in a variety of management roles at different levels, or you may wish to further your training by studying the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (Duration 1 – 1.5 years)
This comprehensive course highlights the need to develop sound communication skills with both business contacts and work colleagues, assessing information for accuracy and relevance in order to achieve a common goal. Obtaining feedback and translating that across the workplace with a need to instigate new or different work practices to further improve efficiencies or service delivery. The course will assist you with the skills required for a leadership and/or a managerial position.
Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of different leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
By the completion of this course, students will master how to use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
Graduate Diploma in Management (Duration 1 – 2 years)
The Graduate Diploma is Post Bachelor Qualification. The course is a level higher than a bachelor course. It is a program set up to develop your skills with in the following key areas:
- Managing teams and groups of staff
- Implementation of Latest E- Technologies
- Lead applied research
- Develop Modern Innovative thinking and Practices

- Academic entry requirements

- Certificate IV – Australian Year 11 OR equivalent
- Diploma and Advanced Diploma – Australian Year 12 OR equivalent
- Graduate Diploma – Australian Diploma or Advanced Diploma OR equivalent

- Present English language evidence

- IELTS, PTE, etc. The test result must be valid within 2 years at the time of the visa application.
- Some Education Institutions offer an in-house English Placement Test that you can take to meet the English entry requirements.
- Exemptions apply if:
– you are a citizen and hold a passport from UK, USA, Canada, NZ or Republic of Ireland
– you are enrolled in a principal course of study that is a registered school course, a standalone English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS), a course registered to be delivered in a language other than English, or a registered post-graduate research course
– you have completed at least 5 years of study in English in one or more of the following countries: Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland.
