Certificate IV in Human Resources
The Certificate IV in Human Resources provides students with specialised skills in performance management, effective working relationships, law and recruitment. During this course you will also learn how to analyse and present research information.
Upon graduating you will have gained the skills and experience to work in a range of human resources management positions. Including human resources assistants, coordinators, administrators and payroll officers. This course will also equip you the knowledge required if you wish to apply for further study.
Diploma of Human Resources Management
The Diploma of human Resources Management provides students with the qualifications theoretical skills, practical knowledge and experience to work as a Human Resources manager.
During this course you will learn how to manage budgets and financial plans, human resource services, workforce planning and employee relations. You will also gain industry experience throughout your studies through assessments.
Upon graduating you will have gained the skills and experience to work as a human resources manager.
- Completion of Australian Year 11 (Certificate IV) or Australian Year 12 (Diploma) OR overseas equivalent.
- Present English language evidence

- IELTS, PTE, etc. (IELTS: 6.0 overall – no band less than 5.5; OR equivalent). The test result must be valid within 2 years at the time of the visa application.
- Some Education Institutions offer an in-house English Placement Test that you can take to meet the English entry requirements.
- Exemptions apply if:
– you are a citizen and hold a passport from UK, USA, Canada, NZ or Republic of Ireland
– you are enrolled in a principal course of study that is a registered school course, a standalone English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS), a course registered to be delivered in a language other than English, or a registered post-graduate research course
– you have completed at least 5 years of study in English in one or more of the following countries: Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland.
