To pass a plumbing skills assessment with TRA, you generally need a trade qualification comparable to the Australian Certificate III in Plumbing, at least three years of post-qualification experience, and at least 12 months of paid work in the trade in the last three years. You must also complete a technical assessment through a TRA-approved RTO.
