Most visas can be appealed of reviewed. If your Australian visa application has been refused or rejected, you can make an request for a review at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). Please check thoroughly your refusal letter to confirm if you are actually eligible for the visa you applied for. Do note that, when a visa is refused, the application has limited options available to lodge another visa due to being imposed with section 48.
